Refund policy
Returns
We want all customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, we know that it does not always work out like that.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If your return is received past the 30 day window, a 30% restocking fee will be applied. This is nonnegotiable and applied automatically.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including tags intact. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, pet hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Please notify the store with your reason for return by direct messaging the store's Instagram account, @shopindiwild or via email info@shopindiwild.com.
Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you and is good for 90 days. Items purchased with store credit are final sale.
Swimwear is eligible for return or exchange if it is in the same condition as received. All hygiene stickers and tags must be fully in tact to the swimwear to be considered for return or exchange. All swimwear will be thoroughly inspected before a refund is approved.
Exchanges are only applicable for the exact same product if the requested exchange size is in stock. Like all exchanges, please contact indi wild either via DM or email to confirm the exchange and receive instructions.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us to determine the next steps.
If you need to exchange an item for the same item but a difference size, send us an email at info@shopindiwild.com or direct message our Instagram account, @shopindiwild and send your item to: 17020 NE County Road 67A, Hosford FL 32334, United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
indi wild is no way responsible for lost, missing or stolen packages. Once the package has left the warehouse, we are not responsible for the whereabouts of the order. If a problem occurs, will assist you in tracking or other shipment details. However, we will NOT provide a refund of any kind or a form of compensation for packages that have been lost, miss placed, or stolen.
